PAULA OGIER, founder and CEO of Red Cloud Construction Services, Inc. brings over four decades of extensive experience in the construction industry. Her experience spans over office management, quality control, engineering, estimating, construction project management, and more ensuring top-tier service for our clients.
Paula's qualifications include:
Bachelor of Science - Construction Management from University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV )
OSHA Certified
LEED Certified
ACI Certified
General Contractor Qualifier
As a proud Native-American, Paula is an enrolled member of the Lakota Oglala Sioux Tribe.
